Asbestos Remediation

Asbestos is a naturally occurring fiber whose use can be traced back 4,500 years to strengthen pottery and had become more widely used because of its incredible fire resistant and flexible properties discovered throughout history.

Asbestos use has since been banned in 66 countries and strictly regulated in many others but its popular usage over an extended period has caused significant risks of exposure.  While many of its historical applications pose little to no risk, if an asbestos application has the risk of becoming airborne, remediation by a licensed and reputable contractor is a high priority.

The most common applications of asbestos requiring remediation includes a multitude of insulation applications, fire retardant coatings, concrete, bricks, pipes, heat, fire and acid resistant gaskets, drywall and joint compound, mastic, window putty, flooring, roofing and siding materials.

American Asbestos Abatement, LLC is equipped to inspect and assess asbestos contamination concerns and provide testing results with a plan of action to properly abate or contain the offending application, enabling safe continuity to project demands.
